The official ingredient list also contains glycerin, dimethicone, hyaluronic acid and panthenol, making the surrounding hydrating and smoothing formula relevant to any visible result.

The current product should not be confused with an older Liquid Peptides listing, a travel size or a bundle. Product names that retain familiar words can still represent different formulations. Match the Advanced MP name and volume before comparing a review, a study footnote or a price from another seller.

The 30% complex is not a peptide-purity statement

The page describes a 30% multi-peptide complex. That wording identifies a formulation system rather than establishing that 30% of the bottle consists of pure peptide molecules. It cannot be numerically ranked against The Ordinary’s 1% copper labeling or an individual peptide concentration without additional composition information.

The list includes several palmitoylated peptides, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and a copper-containing peptide ingredient. Their presence gives a more useful description than a total count alone. It still does not reveal the concentration, delivery or separate contribution of each ingredient in the finished serum.

Four study footnotes answer different questions

Medik8 links its 10-minute and eight-week claims to manufacturer-reported clinical testing, including a study of 34 participants. Separate footnotes describe consumer studies of 44 previous injectable users and 91 participants, and another clinical assessment involving 20 participants. These groups and endpoints should not be combined into one large independent trial.

A participant saying skin feels smoother is different from an instrumental measurement of wrinkle depth. The term independent can describe the testing organization without establishing independent funding, publication or comparison against other brands. We have not verified evidence that the serum duplicates the effects of an injectable treatment, despite the marketing comparisons.

Routine and tolerance considerations

The manufacturer expressly identifies the serum as fragrance-free and says it contains no essential oils. That is useful for filtering products by fragrance preference. It does not guarantee that every sensitive user will tolerate the remaining ingredients, and a reassuring consumer percentage cannot replace an individual reaction history.

Medik8 says this particular formula can accompany its retinal products. That advice differs from some other copper-peptide labels. Treat it as product-specific guidance rather than proof that any peptide and retinoid combination is suitable, especially when prescription treatment or an active skin condition is involved.

Deciding whether the premium is worthwhile

At $95 for 30 mL, the base price is approximately $3.17 per milliliter. Promotions, shipping and tax may change the checkout amount, while a bottle’s duration depends on actual use. The public product text and structured stock information did not present a consistent availability picture during checking, so confirm availability at checkout.

The useful purchasing question is whether this specific formula, its texture proposition and disclosed testing justify the cost for your goals.
