Use the growth-factor variant’s record
DRMTLGY’s Needle-less Growth Factor Serum is a specific version of the brand’s serum offer. The current page describes five bioengineered growth-factor peptides that are not human-derived, and displays a $69 standalone price for 1 fl oz. That identifies the product more carefully than the shortened Needle-less name, which can also lead a reader to a different formula.
The ingredient declaration includes additional peptide names, among them Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Hexapeptide-11, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7. The five-part growth-factor claim should therefore not be mistaken for a count of every peptide listed. We reviewed the public documentation without using the serum, inspecting a purchased bottle or conducting laboratory testing.

The moisturizing formula belongs in the assessment
Alongside oligopeptides, the label lists moisturizing ingredients and ceramides NP, AP and EOP. Those components are relevant to how the whole serum may support the appearance and feel of skin. A visible result cannot automatically be assigned to one growth-factor peptide while ignoring the surrounding preparation or other products used during testing.
The reviewed list does not identify a copper peptide, so this entry belongs with other peptide families in the guide’s finder. That classification is about the declared formulation, not a conclusion that one family is better. Nor does the bioengineered description establish a concentration, penetration measurement or clinical benefit for each ingredient on its own.
Twenty participants and several different percentages
The manufacturer describes a 12-week, double-blind, randomized controlled study involving 20 participants and a comparison with SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum. It also says the study received institutional review board approval. Those methodological details are useful, but the complete report was not independently appraised for this review. Ethics review is not FDA approval of the finished cosmetic.
The page’s 73% figure refers to performance indicators, not 73% of participants. Its claim of 30% greater overall visible improvement refers to a Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale comparison at 12 weeks, not a measured 30% reduction in wrinkle depth. The stated 90% visible-improvement result is another outcome. Keeping those denominators distinct prevents several attractive numbers from becoming one exaggerated promise.
One-use and longer-term findings have different jobs
A barrier-related claim after one use should not be folded into the 12-week appearance result. The page also discusses investigator assessments of texture and firmness at eight and twelve weeks. Each observation needs its own method and time point before it can support a specific expectation. We cannot reconstruct the entire evidence base from the sales summary alone.
The named comparison makes the study more informative than an unspecified statement that a serum was clinically tested. However, a small manufacturer-reported trial does not establish universal superiority across skin types, routines and competing products. It also cannot guarantee that an individual buyer will obtain the average reported result or prefer the product’s feel.
Read the return calendar before opening
The comparison uses the $69 one-time offer rather than assuming that campaign prices or discount eligibility apply. Shipping and tax depend on the order. DRMTLGY’s direct return policy asks the customer to make contact before 60 days from purchase and obtain an authorization number. The parcel must then be postmarked within two weeks of authorization, so there are two relevant dates.
The policy allows return of the unused portion, deducts shipping charges and describes a 15% order-total fee for a return without authorization. A supplied free gift must be returned or its value can be deducted. Those conditions make “60-day returns” an incomplete summary. The product is worth examining for its unusually specific study description, while the small sample and unappraised full methods keep the conclusion cautious. The AAD’s general testing guidance remains relevant to tolerance, which a comparative appearance study cannot promise.
Keep a copy of the selected offer and order date if purchasing. The relevant clock starts with purchase, not the first application or the end of a twelve-week experiment at home. That difference can matter when deciding when to request instructions.
