Review the cream separately from the serum
Naturium Multi-Peptide Moisturizer is a different product from the brand's Multi-Peptide Advanced Serum already covered in this guide. The checked standard moisturizer is $20 for a 50 g package. Its ingredients, texture role and package unit should therefore receive their own review instead of inheriting the serum's price, copper-peptide description or volume.
The label gives mass, so the unit calculation is $0.40 per gram. We do not substitute 50 mL for 50 g or display a price per milliliter without verified density or an explicit volume declaration for that exact variant. The larger option has separate labeling and should be assessed using its own selected package and price.
What is in the peptide blend
The ingredient list includes Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7. It does not name the copper peptide used in Naturium's Advanced Serum. For that reason this moisturizer belongs in the site's other-peptide grouping, while the serum remains in the copper-containing group.
The base includes glycerin, dimethicone, jojoba oil and squalane, alongside niacinamide, panthenol and a vitamin C derivative. Those supporting ingredients are part of the purchasing decision. A moisturizer's usefulness cannot be judged solely from how many peptides appear on the list, and the page does not disclose the amount of each pure peptide.
Read the eight-week claim as a study summary
Naturium describes an eight-week study supporting an improvement in the appearance of lines and wrinkles. The footnote mentions men and women across skin types, including people who considered their skin sensitive. The checked summary does not provide a participant count or enough design detail to establish an independent comparative result.
That leaves useful follow-up questions: what was measured, whether a comparator was used and how large the observed change was. The claim concerns the finished moisturizer, not proof that one named peptide caused the result. We have not reproduced the testing or personally observed changes after applying the product.
Fragrance and routine considerations
The manufacturer labels the moisturizer fragrance-free and describes a medium-weight texture. The fragrance disclosure can support filtering; the texture description remains the brand's account rather than a wear-test finding. Botanical ingredients are still present, so fragrance-free should not be translated into a guarantee of universal tolerance.
Naturium advises testing before use and wearing SPF during the day. It also publishes compatibility guidance for its own products. Apply that guidance to the current formula and relevant routine, rather than extending it to every prescribed treatment or every other brand's active product without checking the appropriate instructions.
The value question includes the correct unit
The $20 package is easy to budget as a single purchase. The $0.40-per-gram calculation can compare it with another product sold by mass, but it cannot by itself rank value against a 50 mL cream. Neither unit price tells us how long the jar lasts or whether it supplies the hydration and finish a particular reader prefers.
Naturium adds a clearly priced, fragrance-free moisturizer with disclosed peptide identities. Its main evidence limits concern pure-peptide quantities, incomplete public study details and the absence of an independent wear test here. Evaluate the formula as a potential moisturizer step, not as an automatic reason to add another serum or duplicate an existing cream.
Useful distinctions
- Explicit fragrance-free statement
- Distinct moisturizer formula with named peptides
- Verified standard package price and mass
Limitations to weigh
- Mass cannot be silently converted to volume
- Public study summary omits participant count
- Pure-peptide concentrations not disclosed
